New Appointment@MOM system and EPSC Operating Hours

Dear Customers,

From 28 April 2014, MOM will switch over from the current e-Appointment system to the new Appointment@MOM. The latter is a centralised appointment system which will enable our customers to make appointments conveniently for all services provided by MOM.

The old system will be shut down on 26 April 2014, 1pm. Appointments made on this system will automatically be transferred to the Appointment@MOM, and you can visit the EPSC as scheduled. Future EPSC appointments can be made on the new system from 28 April 2014, 8am onwards.

At the same time, the EPSC operating hours will also be changed to the following:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:8am to 6pm
Tuesday, Thursday:8am to 7.30pm (extended hours)
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

For more information on this, as well as the new card registration services which we will be extending to Employment Pass and their dependants, please click here.

Yours sincerely
Work Pass Division
